Robert Jackson who with his wife Freda owns and runs Jackson Leisure Satellites.
Robert has been involved as an engineer at the technical level in repair and maintenance of all manner of consumer audio visual equipment, since the days of black & white television right up the present day satellite equipment, and was involved in the repair and installation of satellites when they first appeared on the UK market, well before Sky or Freesat were around, and in those days you needed a 1.2 meter dish in the UK and the ERP ( effective radiated power) was the equivalent of a 1 bar electric fire on….. the Moon!
Robert and Freda`s passion for motorhomes meant we got involved in the automatic satellite business, installing , fitting and repairing Automatic systems some 35 years ago . Over that time Robert has trained at the Ten-Haaft factory
( Oyster ) in Germany as a main dealer in the Uk for many years now selling , fitting and repairing Oyster systems, and has trained some well known dealers in the fittings on motorhomes. So we are a one stop shop for all your Oyster needs. Over that period we have gained countless positive testimonials from many sources including the forums on the internet. We have seen several competitors come and go in all that time. Out of season we have travelled in Europe in our own motorhome testing the systems we sell , so we know what works where.
